Erkan Makina, which started its commercial life in 1996, is the first company established within DONANMA Group Companies. Erkan Makine is a reliable solution partner with its 45 years of experience, that meets every need in all the areas related whit production from heavy industry to hobby work.
Erkan Makina, which opened its second branch in 2008, opened its third branch in 2011, the fourth in 2012 and the fifth branch in 2013 and expanded its service areas. Today, Erkan Makina has become the national distributor of the sector with 82 thousand items range. Erkan Makina, which has been expanding its product portfolio day by day and serving in 5 branches and 10,300 m² closed area, provides the best quality products with optimal prices. Erkan Makine also provides consultancy services to its customers with its expert staff.
Erkan Makina, whose customers are professionals, knows the sector and its developments well, analyzes the needs of the customers in the best way and offers special solutions according to their needs.

In order to provide faster sales and service to its customers, Erkan Makina has 14 different departments which are arranged according to every need. Each branch of Erkan Makina has employees from all of these departments and these departments are supported by the sales team.
Erkan Makina provides sales and service with 160 personnel (10 engineers, 15 operators, 25 technicians, 50 external sales specialists, 30 domestic sales specialists and 30 administrative personnel). This service is supported with 60 sales and delivery vehicles. Before and after sales, Erkan Makina strives to ensure that the customers receive no problems with the products they purchase. Because Erkan Makina acts with the very aim of maintaining its leader position in customer choice with the service quality it provides.
